Compatible Slicers
For Bambu Printers (.gcode.3mf
format):
- Bambu Studio version 1.9.0.17 or newer (export as "Plate Sliced File").
- OrcaSlicer version 2.0.0 or newer.
For Marlin Printers (.gcode
format):
- Cura
- Simplify3D
- PrusaSlicer
- SuperSlicer (needs minor fix, see below)
- OrcaSlicer
- Bambu Studio
SuperSlicer Compatibility Fix
In order for AutoFarm3D to successfully read SuperSlicer gcode, please add the following line to the "Before Layer Change" custom gcode:
;LAYER:{layer_num}
✔️ Stable Internet
AutoFarm3D requires stable internet access via ethernet. Wifi can be used but is not recommended due to stability issues.
✔️ Clean Power Supply
To prevent issues, your hubs should be connected to a clean power supply with no power dips or surges.
A UPS is highly recommended because brief power dips can cause your hubs to reboot, stopping all prints currently in progress.
