To support the innovators pushing the limits of automation, we offer VAAPR bed replacements at a discounted price. ($60 vs. $129)
For VAAPR bed replacement inquiries, please follow the steps below. We want to help you out.
Step 1: Eligibility
VAAPR beds are specifically designed for operation with 3DQue automation software and are not sold separately. Replacement VAAPR beds are available at a discounted rate.
Damage From Nozzle Scratches, Alcohol/Solvents, or Other Influences
You must have an active AutoFarm3D license to be eligible to receive replacement VAAPR beds at the discounted price. AutoFarm3D protects the VAAPR bed from damage and therefore only active users receiving software updates are eligible for the discounted replacement bed.
The replacement bed is available at full price for users with inactive software licenses for beds with damage resulting from scraping, nozzle scratches, solvents, or other influences.
Lifetime Warranty For Manufacturing Defects
If, at any time, your VAAPR bed loses adhesion properties, or is unusable due to a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement bed free of charge.
Step 2: Replacement Process
- If the bed damage is not visible, destroy the bed by removing it from the printer and carving an “x” across it with a blade. Please see our process for removing a VAAPR bed.
- Place a piece of paper with the current date along with your original order number on the bed.
- Take a time-stamped photograph of the removed bed.
- Submit the photo with an explanation to [email protected].
Step 3: Follow Up
We will review your request right away and get back to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive a link to order a replacement. Prices are as follows:

Prices above apply to any size of VAAPR bed less than 350mm in both X and Y.
