Network Settings
The network map displays all hubs currently connected to AutoFarm3D, as well as the printers and USB cameras connected to each hub. This makes it easy to troubleshoot in the case of network disruptions, and provides an overview of your setup.
Current Device
Your current device can be found at the top of the Network Map section. This is the device to which hub settings are applied. If you wish to change settings on a different hub, simply click “configure” and a new tab will open with that hub’s settings.
Connected to This Hub
If your current device is in Command mode, and you have more than one hub on your farm, you will see a list of devices connected to the current one. These are the other hubs on your network that transmit information to the current device. Learn more about Hub Modes here.
Other Hubs on the Network
This section displays all other hubs on your network that aren’t connected to the current hub you’re observing.
Offline Hubs
Here, you can see any hubs that are currently offline, making it easy to pinpoint which device is experiencing issues.
Information Displayed
Type
This column displays the Hub mode. For information on Hub modes, please see our Hub Modes page.
Name
Here, you’ll find the name of each device.
Connection
This specifies the type of connection your device is using - ethernet or wifi. It also displays the wifi connection strength and specifies when a device is offline or experiencing connectivity issues.
Uptime
The time indicated in this column indicates how long the device has been connected to the network for without disruption. If devices have a short time indicated here, it is likely that your network is unstable.
IP Address
Here you’ll find the unique IP address for each device. This way you have complete information on which hubs are experiencing issues.
Printers
The number of printers connected to each hub is displayed in this column. To view which printers are connected to a device, simply click here and a menu will pop up with the names of all printers connected.
Configure
Click configure to go to the settings for that device. By default, you will see settings for your Command Hub. Learn more about Hub Modes here.
Navigate to Network Map
The network map can be found on the Hub Settings tab of the Settings page, under the Hub Modes section.
